Banana Oatmeal Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ maple syrup
  • 7 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 very riped large bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup low-fat milk

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° and spray a 9 X 5 - inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Combine all the dry ingredients, except for the oats, in a bowl and stir.
  3. In another bowl, combine all the wet ingredients and add the bananas and the oats.
  4. Pour the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix.
  5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
  6. Bake for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.
  7. Leave it to cool for 15 minutes.
