Nutella Marble Cake

Nutella Marble Cake is a rich and moist vanilla cake swirled with luscious Nutella, creating a beautiful marbled effect. The combination of buttery cake and creamy chocolate-hazelnut spread makes each bite indulgent and delicious. Perfect for dessert, brunch, or an afternoon treat!

Ingredients

375g Soft Butter

255g Sugar

1tsp. Vanilla extract

375g Flour

3 Tsp Baking Powder

60ml Milk

4.5 Tbsp. Nutella

3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

Icing Sugar

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350F.

2. Mix on high eggs, butter, sugar and vanilla extract.

3. Add baking powder and flour.

4. Once well incorporated add the milk.

5. Wipe Butter on the whole inside of the cake mold.

6. Add half the mixture to the mold and push gently down.

7. Add the Nutella Cocoa Powder to the remaining mixture in the bowl and combine so that there are no lumps.

8. Add the mixture to the cake mold.

9. Gently pack down so that whole mixture is even in the mold.

10. Take fork and make waves throughout the cake mixture.

11. Place cake in oven at 350f and bake for approx. 45-50mins. Insert wood toothpick to check the doneness of cake. If it is still wet return to the oven for another 10 minutes or so. Remove cake from the oven and let cool for approx. 30minutes and then turn pan upside down. Let cake fall and then sprinkle abundantly with icing sugar.
